Shauna tells her their relationship is complicated and there is a lot of baggage between them - like Jackie. Things get more serious when Kelly asks Shauna when she fell out of love with her dad. Though everyone asks silly questions at first, it turns somber when Javi asks the spirit if they’re going to die out there. She sets up the attic, putting candles over the same mysterious symbol that’s been carved in the floor. This gives Jackie the idea to rally everyone for a seance to see once and for all if there is in fact a ghost in the house. Shauna tells Jackie that she’s the one who gave her the confidence to be the badass she is and that her mere presence is encouraging. Jackie emotionally tells her she’s not good at this whole wilderness thing like she is and she isn’t sure how long she can survive out in the woods. The other girls are noticing she’s not pulling her weight, and Shauna tells her she needs to start contributing or else the others will turn on her.
